I sought Nick out to help me with some stress-related issues, both physical and mental. My gut was a constant source of discomfort, with almost every type of food and drink aggravating the symptoms. My back was also a constant source of pain. I was struggling to concentrate at work, I was struggling to sit comfortably and I was struggling to maintain a positive outlook on life.
The way Nick approached my situation was truly holistic in nature. With a bottom-up approach, he sought out an understanding of the baseline of my issues. From the start, I noticed that Nick had an innate ability to rationalize why my body and mind may be reacting in certain ways, imparting personal anecdotes of his own struggles & triumphs to assist with my own understanding of the root cause/s of my symptoms.
Nick complemented our weekly sessions with helpful, heartfelt notes throughout the working week to jog my memory and motivate me to continue with the behavioral, physical & dietary adjustments. He also prompted me to start thinking about what I value most in life - what truly makes me happy; what my short & long term goals were; what balance I thought I really needed to maintain a healthy, happy & successful lifestyle.
Nick helped me through a very difficult period in my life. In a short amount of time, Nick helped to fix my stomach & my back, but more importantly, he helped to bring positivity & happiness back into my daily life. He is empathetic, learned & 100% committed to truly helping you become the best version of yourself. I will be forever grateful for the time, effort, & advice that Nick gave me.
